Control Resonant Movement: Dash, Double Jump & Levitate
Dylan can air-dash twice, double-jump and briefly levitate, combining mobility for rooftops, gaps, pursuit and combat positioning.

Quick answer
Control Resonant gives Dylan a highly mobile traversal kit. In a verified PS5 hands-on build, he could dash twice before touching the ground, double-jump, and briefly levitate by holding the jump input. These moves combine to reach rooftops, cross gaps, pursue enemies and reposition during combat.
Dash
The preview build allowed two dashes before landing. An air dash changes both travel distance and combat spacing, letting Dylan close on ranged targets or leave an incoming attack path. Final cooldowns, invulnerability frames and upgrade interactions are not yet documented.
Double jump
Double jump adds height and makes the warped Manhattan’s vertical spaces easier to navigate. It also connects naturally to the second dash and levitation. Platform inputs should be checked against the final control menu rather than copied from the PS5 preview.
Levitation
Holding the jump input briefly suspends Dylan in the air. This is described as short levitation, not unrestricted flight. It can extend a crossing or create time to select the next movement action, but the final duration and any resource cost remain unconfirmed.
Movement in combat
Mobility supports the momentum system. Dylan must return to melee to refill Combat Ability resources, so the traversal kit helps him close distance and continue pressure. Vertical positioning can also support environmental attacks and avoid ground-level threats.
New Game Plus limitation
Traversal abilities do not carry into New Game Plus. Remedy ties them to story progression and the way the world unfolds, so they must be reacquired even though combat upgrades and abilities carry over.
Read combat momentum and executions for the resource loop and Manhattan zones for exploration structure.
